Mr. Sakhare, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that this Court has issued notice to the Respondents and all the Respondents are served. 3.

However, except Mr. A. R. Patil, learned Addl. G.P., who appears for the Respondent-State, none appears for the other Respondents. Therefore, the contentions raised in the Civil Application have remained uncontroverted.

However, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 6.
