The Petitioner Sadguru Shikshan Sanstha has filed the instant Writ Petition on a misapprehension of the fact that the 3rd Respondent Dnyan Vidnyan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal might be granted permission from the Academic Year 2016-17 to establish a senior college at Ganeshwadi (Beedshed).

The fact of the matter is that no such permission has been granted and Dnyan Vidnyan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal has filed Writ Petition No. 13768 of 2016 praying that the order dated 03.02.2016 refusing permission to establish a senior college at Ganeshwadi (Beedshed) be quashed and mandamus be issued to the 1st Respondent to reconsider the proposal in terms of Government Resolutions dated 30.10.2010 and 25.10.2011.
