Learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 filed an affidavit on 2nd August, 2018. In paragraph nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 it is stated as under :­ "3.

I further say that the industry has completely scrapped the Kuccha pond by removing entire water accumulated which was objected by Board as to its compliance however the same has been complied by the industry.

I further say that the unit has complied with the discrepancies mentioned in the letter addressed to the unit and as per record the samples of the trade effluent and stack monitoring since 05.01.2015 onward are within the prescribed limits of consented standards.

I further say that the unit has complied with the requirement for which the necessary documents and Photos for the kind consideration of this Hon'ble Court are annexed and marked hereto at EXHIBIT­A.

I say that the industry has complied with all the discrepancies as pointed out by the Board and this Hon'ble. I further, with due respect, submits that as per order dated 29.07.2018 of this Hon'ble Court, I am filing affidavit, as to the compliance carried out by the industry."
