In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the validity of the order dated 8th December 2014 passed by the Trial Court, by which, the application preferred seeking stay of the proceedings of the suit has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of the order dated 24th April 2017 passed in Review Petition No. 20 of 2015 in Second Appeal No. 432 of 1994, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. (CHIEF JUSTICE)
