We have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners, learned Counsel for the Respondents and the learned AGP. In view of the fact that the objections filed by the Petitioners are pending with the Competent Authority, the Authority shall decide the objections filed by the Petitioners on its own merits after hearing all the parties concerned preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the parties. The parties shall appeal before the Authority on 4th May, 2022.
