Learned counsel appearing for respondent, on instructions from Mr.M.G.Waghmare, Research Officer makes a statement that pending application of the petitioner bearing No.1/526/Edu/062016/100194 will be decided as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today. Statement accepted.

Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 8th January, 2018 shall remain in force till the application of the petitioner is decided by respondent no.2. Needless to observe that the petitioner shall extend full co-operation for early disposal of application filed by the petitioner and any lapse on the part of the petitioner will be seriously viewed.
