He submits that certain important orders passed in the MAT in favour of some of the officers of Education Department of Solapur Zilla Parishad are relevant. There are no pleadings made in the application and documents are not annexed to the application.

At his request, the matter is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to file fresh application for anticipatory bail. The application is disposed of accordingly.
