The appeal is filed through jail by 3 accused/appellants. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that accused/appellant No. 3 Moula Abdul Mulla has filed separate appeal bearing Criminal Appeal (St.) No. 562 of 2022 through Advocate Mr. Ranjeet Patil. The same is admitted vide Order dated 22/2/2022. In view of this, the name of accused/appellant No. 3 Moula Abdul Mulla be deleted from Criminal Appeal (St.) No. 49 of 2022 and Interim Application No. 127 of 2022. Both the appeals be heard together.

Interim Application No. 127 of 2022 is filed for condonation of delay in filing criminal appeal. There is delay of 86 days in filing Criminal Appeal (St.) No. 49 of 2022. Since the appeal is filed Talwalkar
