Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 13/11/2017 by which the petitioner's application under Order 9 Rule 13 of CPC for setting aside the impugned award came to be dismissed. 3.

As against the impugned order, the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy. Therefore, there is no necessity of entertaining the present petition.
