P.C.:- Respondent Nos.1 to 4 were acquitted by the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Karad by its Judgment and Order dated 16th December, 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 324, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The present Revision is filed by the Original informant impugning the said Judgment and Order dated 16th December, 2020.

The record indicates that, the State Government had also impugned the said Judgment and Order dated 16th December, 2020 acquitting the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 from the said offences. The Division Bench of this Court, to which I was a member, has dismissed the said Criminal Appeal No.487 of 2003, preferred by the State Government, as there are no merits in the matter. 1/2
