The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, in view of communication dated 25.1.2016, taken on record and marked "X" for identification purposes, seeks to withdraw the present Petition as Respondent No.2 has directed Respondent No.3 to appoint the Petitioner for 180 days. However, that will be subject to final decision of Caste Scrutiny Committee with regard to the caste in question. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with further rider that if adverse order is passed against the Petitioner by 1/2
dgm 2 44-wp282-16.sxw the Caste Scrutiny Committee, the same will not be given effect to for two weeks more from the date of communication. All points are kept open.
