The Tribunal has wrongly mentioned the birth date of deceased as 11-09-1960. The birth certificate of deceased is produced on record, it shows birth date of the deceased as 11-091968 and on the basis of the date mentioned in the birth N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

In view of above, I pass following order.
