Learned APP invites my attention to the death certificate of qua the accused indicating that the accused expired on 5th March, 2023 at the age of 70. The death certificate issued by Municipal Corporation Solapur, is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The deceased was convicted by the Special Judge way back on 17th January, 1998 for the offences punishable under Section 13(2) r/w section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of one REKHA PRAKASH PATIL REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date: 2025.02.06 17:30:52 +0530 Rekha Patil
