The Applicant had earlier approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail vide Anticipatory Bail Application No.1463/2021, which was rejected by a reasoned order dated 25.6.2021. The Applicant thereafter again preferred another Anticipatory Bail Application before the Sessions Court vide Bail Petition No.1958/2021, which was also rejected by the Sessions Court, Solapur vide order dated 6.12.2021.

Again thereafter, the Applicant has preferred this application for the same relief. This is a repeated attempt by the Applicant to prefer application for anticipatory bail. Earlier his Deshmane

2 / 2 1.aba-20-2022 application was considered in detail and it was rejected by a reasoned order. No change in circumstance is pointed out after 25.6.2021. Therefore, I see no reason to entertain this application. The Application is rejected.
