Accordingly, following corrections are made in the order, details of which are given below:

a) In the cause-title, the name of the learned advocate for the respondent shall be corrected to read "Mr. Ajit N. Nesarikar";

b) In the third line of paragraph 2, the reference to "Rajnagiri" shall be corrected to read "Ratnagiri"; c) In the second line of paragraph 4, the reference to date "29th" shall be corrected to read "30th";

2-wp262-2013.doc d) In the tenth and eleventh line of paragraph 6, the reference to the date "1st January 2022 and 3rd January 2022" shall be corrected to read "1st January 2023 and 3rd January 2023";

e) In the eighth line of paragraph 6, reference to "paramount" shall be corrected to read "alleged paramour"; f) In paragraphs 6, 11 and 13, reference to "Original Respondent No.2" shall be corrected to read "alleged paramour".
