We have perused the averments made in the petition. The grievance of the petitioner is that the amount deposited by the petitioner with the second respondent is not being refunded. We find from Exh. D to the petition that by a communication dated 30th July, 2014 issued by the Commissioner of Cooperation, Maharashtra State, Pune the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kolhapur has been directed to take the action on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner. 1/2

Hence,the petition is disposed of by passing the following order :

If the District Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kolhapur has not taken any action on the basis of the letter dated 30th July, 2015 (Exh. D to the petition), he shall initiate appropriate action as expeditiously as possible and in any event within the period of three months from today. After initiating the action, the District Deputy Registrar shall issue necessary communication to the petitioner. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.) (A.S.OKA. J.) 2/2
