The pleadings of the petitioner would clearly indicate that, the period to deposit cost needs to be extended in the interest of justice. 3.

The period to deposit cost as per Order dated 28th August, 2015 passed below Exh.1 in Miscellaneous Application No.8 of 2012 is hereby extended by two weeks from today.

In view thereof, the impugned Order dated 23rd September, 2015 is set aside.
