There is no dispute that similar relief was sought by the Petitioner by filing earlier Writ Petition and this Court had denied the relief. Hence, no case for interference is made out in the Petition and it is accordingly rejected.

A copy of this order shall be forwarded to the Petitioner through the concerned Jail Superintendent.
