Learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Application as the trial before the Sessions Court has commenced. He further submits that in view of the Covid situation, the trial is not proceeding. As the learned counsel for the Applicant has sought leave to withdraw the Application, allowed to be withdrawn. Learned trial Court is requested to proceed with the trial expeditiously. In the event the trial is not over within a period of six months from today, liberty to renew the Application for bail. 3.
