P.C.:- 1) By this Petition, the Petitioners seek a direction to the Respondents-Police to take appropriate steps/register an FIR on the basis of Petitioners' complaint dated 30th March 2022. As far as other prayers are concerned, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not press the same and as such, the same are not gone into nor considered. 2) Learned APP, on instructions, states that the Police will take appropriate decision on the Petitioners' complaint within three weeks and will communicate the said decision to the Petitioners also within three weeks. Statement accepted.
