At the outset, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend the Application so as to amend Schedule B appended to the Application. 3.

Leave granted.

The word 'Chief Officer' is permitted to be substituted by the words "Municipal Commissioner".

The Interim Application seeking permission to amend the Petition so as to correct cause title of the Respondent No.1 which has since been converted into a Municipal Corporation, stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule B to the SSP 1/2

Amended copy of the application be furnished to the Respondents within two weeks thereafter.
