Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for bail by the applicant- Sandip Shashikant Patil in connection with C.R.No. 34 of 2022 registered with Niwati Police Station, Sidhudurg, under Sections 143, 447, 427, 379, 506 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The First Information Report was registered on 21/11/2022. It is alleged by the complainant that the applicant was responsible for breaking the boundary wall of the hotel premises of which the complainant was the manager. It is alleged that the labourers were engaged by 1/3
the applicant and the JCB operator broke the wall at the behest of the applicant. It is further alleged that there was a theft of a grass cutter worth Rs.1500/-. The grass cutter was recovered.

The applicant was arrested on 01/12/2022 and is in custody. Learned APP pointed out that there are 4 criminal antecedents against the applicant and in which he has been granted bail. So far as the nature of the accusations in the present alleged offence is concerned, further custody of the applicant is not required. Though the charge-sheet has not been filed, the applicant can be released on bail. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(a) Applicant- Sandip Shashikant Patil shall be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 34 of 2022 registered with Niwati Police Station, Sidhudurg, on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(b) The applicant is permitted to furnish temporary cash bail surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/- for a period of 4 weeks in lieu of surety.

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer. The applicant shall not tamper with evidence.
(d) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station on every alternate Saturday of every month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
till the charge-sheet is filed and thereafter once in a month i.e. on first Monday of every month. (e) On being released on bail, the applicant shall furnish his contact number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep him updated, in case there is any change. 5.
The application is disposed of.
