This application has been filed by the applicant in Criminal Appeal No.487 of 2013 for expediting the hearing of the appeal. 2.

It appears that the application for bail filed by the applicant was dismissed by this Court on 2.9.2013.

Therefore, we direct that the appeal filed by the applicant be listed before this Court for final hearing on 17.03.2015 subject to overnight part heard matter. 4.
