All these writ petitions challenged under common judgment dated 4th August 2016 whereby the Appellate Court restrained defendants No.3 and 4 from disturbing plaintiffs' possession over the suit shop. The Appellate Court further directed the defendants to remove lock put by them on 3rd September 2013 within 10 days from the date of order.

The order impugned is in force since 4th August 2016; hence, no interference is called for in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. However, petitioners' contentions on merits are kept expressly open to be agitated at the

Considering the nature of controversy, the Appellate Court is directed to decide Regular Civil Suit No.802 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible within one year from today. The writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
