Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, gives an undertaking that an amount of Rs.3,25,000/ will be deposited in this Court within a period of four weeks from today. Since the statement is given on instructions, the same is accepted as an undertaking.

In view thereof and having regard to the fact that other similarly placed accused are already ordered to be released vide order dated December 5, 2018 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2202 of 2018 with Anticipatory Bail Application No.2263 of 2018 in the same crime, for the same reasons, this applicant also deserves protection. Hence the order : (i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.99/2018 for offence punishable under section 409, 417 and 420 of the Indian penal Code and under section 34 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 registered with Barshi Taluka police station, District Solapur, he be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. bond Rs.25,000/ with one surety in the like amount;
(ii) The applicant shall not influence the witnesses or the tamper with the prosecution evidence.
(iii) The applicant shall attend the investigating officer as when directed;

Needless to state that in the proceedings under sections 83 and 88 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, if any
3 35) aba22-19.doc additional liability is fastened on the applicant, the applicant volunteers to deposit the same with the Administrator / Liquidator within a period of eight weeks from communication of the order by the said authority. Statement in the form of an undertaking is accepted.
