By order dated 11th January, 2021, the learned APP was directed to place on record the verification in respect of the fact of death of the original accused Tukaram Dhondi Jadhav. Our order dated 11th January, 2021 also refer to the death certificate placed on record signed by the Block Development Officer, Grampanchayat, Arag.

Today, the learned APP invited our attention to the report submitted to the office of Public Prosecutor through Dy. Superintendent of Police, State CID, Sangli whereby the officer concerned, confirmed the fact of death of the Respondent-Original

In view of the report nothing survive in the appeal, the appeal accordingly is disposed of.
