On 16/04/2024, the present writ petition was decided. Directions where issued to decide the Petitioners' proposals dated 25/09/2012 & 09/06/2024 on or before 30/07/2024. The writ petition was listed on 05/08/2024 for reporting compliance. Since then various orders have been passed seeking response and reporting compliance of the aforesaid directions. Today again the learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks further time for want of instructions.
