P.C.:­ The Civil Application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 on record. The Respondent No.5 died on 6th July, 2016 and Respondent No.6 died on 19th July, 2014. Present application is filed on 6th January, 2018. There is some delay. The delay is explained by making averments in the application. The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the legal heirs are served by private notice. However, non appeared on their behalf. 2.

In the light of above, we allow this application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
