Since the Court was not inclined to grant bail. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it submitted that applicant is in custody from 19th August, 2019. He is only earning member of the family. Hence, trial may be expedited. Considering this submission trial is expedited.
