Heard Mr. Pritam Fohol, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Amay Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent no.1.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of applicant Kisan Ravaba Gaikwad, since deceased, on record. Applicant Kisan died on 22.9.2014 and the application is filed on 24.12.2014. There is delay of 18 days in filing the application.

For the reasons stated in the

2/2 CAW/465/2015 application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (b) and (c) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in main Writ Petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today and amended slip shall be made over to other side.
