Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that all the respondents are served with the copy of the civil application. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the private paper books would be filed within two weeks from today. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, conditional order passed by this court on 7th November, 2014 is recalled on the condition that the applicant files private paper book within two weeks from today. It is made clear that if the private paper book is not filed within two weeks from today, Second Appeal No.566 of 2012 and all pending civil applications in the said second appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to court. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). No order as to costs.
