Heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time. 2.

It transpires during the course of hearing that there are eye witnesses to the incident. The learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that the statements of the eyewitnesses are recorded on the next day of the incident. He pointed out that the Applicant has not been named in the FIR registered on 10.06.2017. It is submitted that the complainant has named the Applicant in the supplementary statement recorded on the next day. He submitted that some of the eyewitnesses are close Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

The learned APP submitted that the trial has commenced and about 5 to 6 witnesses are already examined. 4.

In such circumstances, the Criminal application is disposed of.

Trial stands expedited.

Liberty to the Applicant to renew the request for bail after a period of six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
