By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 4 year and 18 days in filing civil application and recall of the order dated 17th November, 2014 passed by Shri K.K.Tated, J. 3.

On perusal of the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for recall of the order dated 17th November, 2014 for the reasons recorded therein. Order dated 17th November, 2014 passed by this court in Civil Application No.556 of 2001 is recalled.
