The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition and submits that the petitioner may fle fresh petition with appropriate relief. 2.

In our order dated 29th November 2022, we had observed that the petitioner is seeking relief of possession which can only be granted by the Civil Court. 3.

In view of request made, the writ petition is disposed of.

The petitioner may avail the remedy that may be permissible in law and if the petitioner has any other cause of action, he may adjudicate afresh.
