The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application as during the pendency of this Application, the chargesheet is filed and the Applicant proposes to approach the learned Sessions Judge, afresh for bail. In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of, as withdrawn. If the Applicant files an Application for bail, afresh, the learned Sessions Judge shall decide the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, without being influenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
