It is seen that there is a typographical error in the first line of paragraph 7(i) of order dated 29/03/2023 wherein the words "In the event of arrest of the Applicant" are wrongly typed. 2.

Hence, in first line of paragraph 7(i) the words "In the event of arrest of the Applicant" shall be replaced with the words "The Applicant, who is arrested".

This order shall be read together with order dated 29/03/2023.
