Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel for the applicants placed on record Resolution No. 390 dated 28/3/2018 passed in General Body Meeting of Ichalkaranji Municipal Council. By the said resolution, the Council's proposal for modification of the reservation of subject plot under section 37(1) of MRTP Act is cancelled. The resolution is taken on record. Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel submitted that in view of this, grievance raised in the application no more survives. In view of this statement, Civil Application is disposed of.
