P.C. :­ 1] Learned counsel for the petitioner, based upon instructions from the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, but prays that suitable orders be made for expeditious disposal of the suit without being influenced by any of the observations in the impugned orders. 2] According to me, the request made by learned counsel for the petitioners is quite reasonable. Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw the petition. However, the learned Trial judge is directed to dispose of the main suit as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 30th March 2020 on its own merits and in accordance with law. The learned Trial Judge ought not to be influenced by any of the observations 1/2

Dinesh Sherla 14-cwp-4616-17 in the impugned orders or the factum of withdrawal of this petition. The suit will have to be disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law. All contentions of all parties are kept open.
