For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) which read thus:­ "(a) The delay of 2 months caused in filing present civil application be condoned.

(b) order dated 13 September 2017 passed in aforementioned Review Petition to the extent it directs dismissal of said Review Petition for non­removal of office objections may kindly be quashed and set aside

(c) Order dated 8 December 2017 passed in the Civil Application St.No.489 of 2017 be quashed and set aside and the said Civil Application St. No.489 of 2017 be restored to its original form."
