Contempt is alleged of an ad-interim order dated 8 October 2014 in Writ Petition No.8548 of 2009. The Writ Petition No.8548 of 2009 is still pending for admission. 2.

As regards the ad-interim order is concerned, the Court had directed that the extra ordinary pension be released in favour of the Petitioner and had stated that the other issues will be dealt with on the next date after recording certain prima facie opinion. 3.

A reply affidavit is filed stating that extraordinary pension has been released in favour of the Petitioner.

As regards the other issues are concerned they are kept open to be considered in the Writ Petition. The other contentions of the Petitioner apart from release of extraordinary pension will be considered when the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration. 5.

In these circumstances, we do not deem it necessary to keep the Contempt Petition pending.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
