Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. 2.

The Petitioner has filed Survey Appeal No. 5498 of 2021 before Respondent No. 1 - Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune impugning the order dated 27.04.2012. The Survey Appeal is therefore, filed before the Respondent No. 1 nine years after the passing of Order dated 27.04.2012. However, within a month from the date of filing of the Appeal, the above Writ Petition is filed stating that the Appeal should be heard expeditiously. 3.

Since no case is made out before the Court as to why the Appeal filed by the Petitioner 8 to 9 years after passing of the impugned Order dated
