P.C.:- This is an Application for condonation of delay of 320 days in filing the present Revision Application.

Mr. Kadam, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, the impugned Order was passed on 30th January, 2020. That, the limitation for filing the Revision Application come to an end in the month of April, 2020. Since, from the 2nd week of March, 2020, due to lock-down imposed by the Government Authorities due to COVID-19 pandemic, the present Application could not be filed within the period of limitation and it is filed only after raising the said lock-down. He submitted that, therefore, there is a delay of 320 days in filing the Revision 1/2

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 opposed the Application and submitted that, the Applicants were having 60 days at their disposal since 30th January, 2020, upto 2nd week of March, 2020 and the benefit of the said period was not availed by the Applicants. He therefore, prayed that, the present Application my be rejected. Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application delay is condoned.
