Heard the learned AGP for the Applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the Ichalkaranji Municipal Council. In terms of Judgment and Order dated 24th December, 2013 passed by this Court, the Applicants will have to publish a notification in accordance with

caw-103 to 105.15 Sub­Section (2) of Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
