In crime no. 834 of 2018 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur for offence punishable under Sections 193, 197, 198, 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail.

The case of the prosecution is, the applicant's mother­in­law Malan Ganesh Ghante who expired on 02/12/2000 was in the employment of Municipal Corporation, Solapur. Present applicant by misrepresentation/impersonation got employment at the place of deceased mother­in­law. The applicant has presented her case as

2 913.38.19 aba.doc claiming to be daughter of late Mrs. Malan Ghante. The entire case is based on documentary evidence. Applicant is a woman and is very much available for investigation. In view of this, I am of the opinion that applicant be granted pre­arrest bail. Hence, following order.

O R D E R

(I) Application is allowed.

(II) In the event of arrest of applicant in crime no. 834 of 2018 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur, she be released on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/­ with one surety in the like amount.

(III) Applicant shall report to Investigating Officer on 18/01/2019, 21/01/2019 and 23/01/2019 and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. Application stands disposed of.
