This is an application for anticipatory bail in CR No.381 of 2019 registered with Rajarampuri Police Station, Kolhapur for offences under Sections 380, 454, 457 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The complaint was lodged by father of applicant no.2. She had married to applicant no.1 against the wishes of complainant. While leaving the house, the accused took gold ornaments. 3.

The applicants were granted interim protection by this Court by order dated 9th January 2020 with direction to appear before the Investigating Officer. Learned APP tenders report of Police wherein it is stated that the complainant has submitted an affidavit to the MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2021.09.29 11:35:07 +0530 Investigating Officer that he has no complaint of whatsoever nature against accused. In view of the affidavit, `C' summary report has

2 of 2 6.ABA.57.2020.doc been submitted to the Court for consideration on 27th September 2021. The said report is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, interim protection can be confirmed. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) Interim order dated 9th January 2020 is confirmed; (iii) In the event of arrest of applicants in CR No.381 of 2019 registered with Rajarampuri Police Station, Kolhapur, the applicants be released on bail on their executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
