The learned counsel appears for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that because of Covid Pandemic the decision could not be taken, though the hearing was accorded to the Petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the Respondents submits that now hearing would be given to the Petitioner and decision would be taken within 4 weeks. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

The Petitioner shall appear before the authority on 26 N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

If the decision is not taken within four weeks the Respondents will be liable for contempt.
