By this civil application, the applicant (third party) seeks intervention in the second appeal and for condonation of delay. 2.

By an order and judgment dated 19th September 2016 passed by this Court, Second Appeal No.830 of 2015 was already dismissed by this Court. This civil application thus cannot entertained on this ground itself. Civil application is dismissed. No order as to costs. 3.

It the said order is recalled in the Review Petition (St.) No.501 of 2019, the applicant to this civil application may file a civil
