1) Learned APP submits that applicant no. 3 has been arrested. Hence, prayer seeking pre-arrest bail as far as applicant no. 3 has become infructuous. As far as applicant nos. 1,2,4,5 & 6 are concerned, learned APP submits that investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. 2) In view of this, learned counsel for the applicant nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6, upon instructions prays for withdrawal of the application that the applicants be granted liberty to file an application under section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the Trial Court, in view of the fact that charge-sheet is filed.
