The learned AGP would submit that Application No.6 of 2022 could not be decided by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur within the time limit of three months as directed by this Court. The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that the said proceedings bearing Application No.6 of 2022 have already been decided by the Joint Charity Commissioner by order dated 24 April 2023. Accordingly, the time limit for decision of Application No.6 of 2022 stands extended till 24 April 2023. The Interim Application is disposed of.
