Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The reliefs prayed for in the aforesaid Petitions is for direction to the Respondent No.2, the competent Authority, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Vita Sub Division, Vita, Taluka Khanapur, District Sangli, to decide the complaint filed by the Petitioner dated 20th October 2020 as expeditiously as possible and hear the grievance of the Petitioner on its own merits and take appropriate decision regarding paying of compensation for the acquisition of subject land of the Petitioner. 3.

Learned A.G.P. has placed on record a copy of the Order dated 6th July 2021 passed by the Competent Authority in respect of the complaint made by Petitioner - Ashok Shankar Bhagat in Writ Petition No. 15617 of 2022. By the said Order it is clearly mentioned that the land of the Petitioner - Ashok Shankar Bhagat is not acquired. 4.

If the Petitioner has any grievance in respect of the Order dated 6th July 2021, it is open for the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings challenging the Order dated 6th July 2021 on merits. 5.

We have not examined the contents of Writ Petition No. 15617 of 2022 on merits.

All contentions are open to be agitated in appropriate proceedings that may be filed by the Petitioner for appropriate reliefs. 2 of

Writ Petition No. 15617 of 2022 is accordingly disposed off. 8.

So far as Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 815 of 2022 is concerned, learned A.G.P. is not in a position to indicate whether the complaint dated 19th October 2020 is decided by the Competent Authority. 9.

In this view of the matter, we direct the Competent Authority to decide the complaint dated 19th October 2020 as mentioned in the prayer clause as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today, if not already decided. If the decision on the complaint dated 19th October 2020 is already taken, the Order may be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date this Order is placed on its record.

Keeping all contentions open, Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 815 of 2022 is disposed off.
